?How do I request a quotation?

Search for a part number or engine model, open the product and add it to your quote list. Enter quantities, contact information and destination country, then submit your request. Keep the reference number shown after submission.

?Can I enquire about a part that is not listed?

Yes. Add its reference number, description and quantity as a manual line on the quote request page, or email my@mingyiseal.com.

?What engine information should I include?

Include the engine brand, model and serial number or CPL where available. Add the existing part reference and any version, thickness or dimension information you have.

?Does adding a part place an order?

No. The quote list collects your requirements for an enquiry. Pricing, availability, shipping and any order terms are confirmed separately in the quotation.

?What if several versions share a part number?

Compare the photographs, listed dimensions and application notes. Include your engine details with the enquiry so the required version can be confirmed.

?Can I buy through checkout?

This site accepts quotation requests. Submit your list and requirements for a quotation.

?Do you offer custom packaging and logo marking?

Yes. Custom packaging starts at a minimum order quantity of 200. Logo marking starts at a minimum order quantity of 100. Include the products, artwork and quantities with your enquiry.

?Can you review a sample or technical drawing?

Yes. Send your sample information or technical drawing, engine model and requirements to my@mingyiseal.com so we can review the application and custom development options.
